One Putt by Ken Brown

I was recently given the opportunity to review the book One Putt by Ken Brown.  Ken is a former touring professional who was known for his putting ability.  You can also see him today in the golf commentary space.

The book is set up in an interesting way.  Ken explains it as a putting ladder.  He takes the time from the beginning to start at the bottom and work his way up to the top.  The rungs of the ladder are choosing a putter, basic set-up, reading greens, set-up routine, the stroke, touch and feel, tips and drills, and one putting.

The individual chapters are not overly long or technical, which I believe is a positive.  Any golfer from a beginner to a seasoned player can get something out of the tips presented throughout the book.  Ken does a good job of breaking each section down into small parts that are easily digestible.  I can also see it as a book that would be very easy to refer back to when your putting needs a tune-up.

Overall, the book is a very easy read and has many great tips for improving your putting. I think all golfers could definitely improve their putting from reading this book.  I want to give one of you the opportunity to do just that.  Let’s do a giveaway on Twitter!
