More than anything, this site is meant to be a showcase of golf courses and the goodness that the game brings. At I start of this quest, I really had only one contact for the private courses on the lists. Through networking, the power of human generosity, and yes, some luck, I’ve managed to see more places than I could’ve imagined. I have usually found that golfers are a great group of people and I am confident this journey will continue to reinforce that feeling.
The nitty gritty goal is to play the Top 100 golf courses overall and public in the US as rated by Golf Digest and Golf Magazine. More importantly though, I want to see new golf course architecture, learn course history, and meet new people.
I have a regular job that keeps me pretty busy. But I love playing golf and I make time for it whenever I can. I hope to see you out on the course
