Japan has waited a long time for a men’s major champion in golf. I’m truly happy for Hideki Matsuyama!
He was precise with his long game and put together a great week on the greens to win his first major. And not so insignificantly, the first men’s major for Japan.
Japan is a golf-crazy nation and I know they will truly embrace this feat.
